Ensuring Login Success For District Administrators
When teachers report login issues, Clever will automatically run diagnostics to determine the most likely cause, and route issues via email directly to the person with the ability to solve them. As a District Administrator, that means that some issues will be directed to you, some issues will be directed to Clever Support, and some issues will be directed to Application support teams.
Clever will only alert you to issues that you can actually resolve (for example, if a student needs to be shared with one of your applications.)
