Setting Launch Dates
The launch date is the calendar day that your application-district connection goes live. On this date, students and teachers will begin to see and access your application from their portal.
When districts request your app, they can request a specific launch date. When you invite a district to connect, you have that option as well:
Managing Launch Dates
You can manage and set the launch dates for your districts by clicking on a hyperlinked district name on the District Overview page.
Click on the pencil to the right of the existing launch date. From there you can select a date, or choose Launch Now if you want the district to go live immediately:
You are able to modify a launch date up to the date of the launch. If you want to change a launch date after the original date has passed, you can contact our support team for assistance.
