Your Clever Dashboard is where you, a district admin of your district's Clever account, can review the status of your sync, manage your applications, and make necessary adjustments to your account.
The Dashboard Sidebar (new!)
The newly redesigned Dashboard sidebar makes managing your Clever account quick and simple. Browse the linked help articles below for utilizing all the tools and resources in the Clever Dashboard.
Click 'Home' to access the Account Overview page (outlined below!)
Click 'Applications' to view all your connected apps; select a specific application to view its data warnings and set sharing permissions. Click 'Add Applications' to add a new application. Click 'Usage Metrics' to view your district's Instant Login usage.
Click 'Data Browser' to view all your district's data syncing to Clever. Click 'Data Overview' to view all your applications' data warnings. Click 'Login Logs' to view users' Instant Login attempts into your Portal.
Click 'Sync Report' to view details of your last successful sync. Click 'Sync Settings' to edit your auto sync credentials, push a new sync, and view default field mappings (Auto Sync) or view your SFTP credentials, manually upload CSV files, view file format instructions (SFTP), and schedule a sync pause.
Click 'Portal Settings' to edit your Portal configuration. Click 'Login Settings' to set up how your users log into Clever. Click 'Badge Settings' to manage Badges. Click 'Sync Settings' to manage your sync.
The Account Overview allows you to quickly check the overall health of your Clever account. Here, you can:
- Check your Sync Status (click ‘View Report’ to see your latest Sync Report)
