Districts uploading data via SFTP can view details of the latest upload to Clever in their Sync Report, located in the Clever Dashboard under "Data." The Sync Report page outlines the number of newly created records, updated records, and removed records in the most recent upload compared to the data previously in Clever.
The Sync Report page also enables districts to diagnose and resolve validation errors. The "Invalid" column indicates the number of invalid records not processed by Clever. For data sets with validation errors, click "Show Details" to view why these records weren't processed. You can also download a .csv file of the affected records by clicking "Export to CSV."
