Clever’s help center allows you to create a tailored support profile where you can save help articles and keep a historical record of all your support tickets. The advantages of logging in with your Clever admin credentials include tracking all support tickets in one place rather in your email inbox, posting in the community, and following any help center articles. To begin, here are the steps to use Clever’s help center to its fullest potential:
Signing in with your district admin credentials
Clever's help center and community can be linked to your Clever admin account. To get started, click 'Sign in' in the upper righthand corner of our Help Center. You'll then be prompted to log in with your District or App admin credentials.
Browsing and saving help center articles
Take a look through our repository of help center articles; we have developed these resources for you to help sync data, add applications, manage Instant Login, and troubleshoot any issues. Additionally, you can follow articles to save them for future reference. Note that you must be signed in to follow articles.
To view these saved articles, click ‘My activities’ tab to sign in (if you’re not already), then select the ‘Following’ tab. This will show your list of your saved help articles for easy access.
You can submit any Clever-related questions to our Support Team by submitting a request here. You can also track all your support requests in one central location by clicking on your name and selecting 'My activities.' Here you can view the status of each request and all correspondence you’ve had with our Support Team.
