Why did I receive this email?
When your district approves a new application to use through Clever, we send you an email summary of all the applications that are newly available to you and your students. Now that these new applications are in your Clever portal, you and your students can log in to the applications through Clever. Consider it a virtual invitation to start using your new application(s).
How do I access my new applications?
You can access your new applications via your Clever Portal. There are a number of ways to get there but the easiest way is probably just clicking the "Get Started" link in the email. It'll bring you to a login page where you can enter your credentials. Once logged in, you can simply click on your new application and you'll be automatically logged into your account. Make sure to bookmark the link to your Clever Portal so you can easily access it whenever you need to use any of your applications.
I don't know my credentials!
Don't worry! First, we recommend reading this article, which covers how to log into the Clever portal as a teacher. You can also reach out to your district administrator -- they'll usually be listed on the "Login Help" page of your portal, and their email address is in the email you received.
