How do I fix inaccurate classroom data in a program?
All data in Clever comes directly from your Student Information System (SIS). Therefore, inaccurate rosters in the learning program (such as missing students, or students who should’ve been un-enrolled), are often mistakes within the SIS, which are then synced to Clever and shared with applications.
You’ll need to ensure the data is right in your SIS, so we suggest you reach out to anyone at your school who helps with the SIS or with enrollments (a clerk, registrar, etc). If you’re not sure who that is, email your support contact (listed at the top of your portal or the Clever log-in screen.) Here’s a sample message:
"I’m noticing that the rosters/sections in <program’s name> aren’t updated to reflect my current rosters/sections. I’m seeing <details of what’s incorrect> when it should show me <correct information>. Can you help get this updated?"
How do I fix another issue within the learning program?
If you are within a learning program and it is not functioning as expected (e.g. there is a problem with reports, or a student was playing a game and it froze), then we suggest you contact the application’s support team directly.
Clever does not have visibility into our partner's integrations or applications. It is possible that that the application as not synced the most recent data from Clever, or there may be a non-Clever-related bug within the learning program, like a broken reporting tool. If the issue is revealed to somehow be related to Clever, their support team will loop Clever in.
