Why am I missing students in this app?
Your class rosters in Clever come directly from your school district's Student Information System (SIS), and this data feed is managed by district administrators. Applications then create accounts for students and teachers based on the rosters in Clever.
If you're missing students or see other errors in your roster, there may be a mistake within the SIS. Please reach out to your district's support contact to resolve these issues. You can also contact anyone at your school who manages the SIS or enrollments (a clerk, registrar, etc.) to ensure the correct students are enrolled in your class.
To find your district's support contact:
- In your Clever Portal, click the "Students" tab.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page. You should see the contact info listed next to "Your district support contact is..."
How do I fix other errors in an app?
Sometimes you'll encounter an app not behaving as expected, like a problem with reporting or the page froze when a student was working on an exercise.
To solve problems like these, check the URL of the page you're on: does it contain "clever.com"? If not, Clever may not have enough visibility to help solve the problem. We recommend contacting the application's support team directly, and you can often find their contact info on the app's website.
