What is the Clever Portal?
The Clever Portal is an online homepage for you and your students to access all of your online educational resources using a single username and password. You can login to your Clever Portal here.
Why can’t I see an icon for a specific program?
District Admins share specific users with each online program through Clever. Only users that are shared should see the icon in their Clever Portal. If you or your student need access to an application, but don’t see its icon in the Clever Portal, please reach out to your support contact. This contact is listed at the top of your Portal and on the Clever log-in screen.
What is the students tab?
The students tab in your Clever Portal has a list of all your classes syncing to Clever from your district’s Student Information System (SIS). You can click on a student’s name to re-set their password or generate a Back-up Login Code.
How do I fix an incorrect class list?
All of the data in Clever comes directly from your Student Information System (SIS), so if you notice your class lists have incorrect rosters, please reach out to anyone at your school who helps with the SIS or with enrollments (a clerk, registrar, etc). If you’re unsure who that is, email your support contact (listed at the top of your Portal). Incorrect class lists in Clever are often caused by students or classes not being set up properly in the SIS, which prevents them from syncing with Clever.
