When you set up sharing permissions with an application, you make your district’s data available to the application through Clever’s API. Applications then retrieve this data; Clever does not push the data to your learning programs.
While applications each have their own sync schedules with Clever, they typically sync with Clever on a nightly basis. If you make an update to your Clever data (including through adjusting your sharing permissions), you can expect this change to be reflected in the application within 24 hours.
If by then you don’t see the change in the app, please read this article about how to troubleshoot missing data in applications. If everything looks right in Clever, then we encourage you to reach out to the application! Their team may need to push a manual sync with Clever to get your most recent data into their system.
