The Clever browser extension is required for certain applications to work properly on computers and Chromebooks. Single sign-on (SSO) is available for many applications in Clever without a browser extension but, for some apps, a browser extension is required.
- The Clever browser extension is not required for iOS devices (e.g. iPads, iPhones) as these devices use the Clever app which acts as the browser extension.
- For devices where the browser extension cannot be downloaded (e.g. Android), some apps may not be accessible.
Please see the links below for information and instructions for installing the Clever browser extension for your browsr:
The Clever app is compatible with iOS devices (e.g. iPads, iPhones) versions 9.0 or later, and is available for download from the App Store.
See the following article for more information on Clever's iOS app: iOS devices (e.g. iPads, iPhones)
At this time, Clever does not have an Android application, however, students can still use their Android devices to access Clever! They will use Clever on the web browser just like they would while on a computer. Clever recommends the Chrome web browser for best experience. When using an Android device, users will need to manually log in to SSO (Saved Passwords) applications.
Amazon Fire tablets provide the same user experience as Android.
