Applications can edit their email preferences to manage which emails they receive from Clever about district connections. (Please note: these settings do not govern marketing emails from Clever.) To update your email preferences, follow these steps:
From the application dashboard, click on your name in the top right corner and select "Email Settings."
Update your email preferences as desired. A category of emails will be disabled if "Disabled" appears as white text with a blue background.
Note that there are three different kinds of emails you can enable or disable:
- Sharing: Notifications are sent when districts change their data sharing permissions
- Connected districts: Notifications are sent when a connection to a district is updated (ex. if a district disconnects your application, you will receive a notification about it)
- Requests and invite initiations: Notifications are sent if districts send you a request to connect to your application
Click "Save" to save your updated email preferences.
