I'm missing an application in my Clever Portal
If you are missing an application from your Clever Portal, please ask your teacher for help. Your district will need to add the application to your Clever Portal.
I get an error when I click on an application in my Clever Portal
If you click on an application in your Clever Portal and get an error on the application's page, please ask your teacher to contact your district administrator or the application's support team for help.
An application page asks me to log in
A Clever page asks me for my application username and password
If a Clever page asks you to enter your username and password for an application, enter the correct login information for that application, and click 'Save Login'. Clever will save this information and automatically log you in next time you click the icon from the Portal!
If you click on an application and see the page below, this means we were not able to log you in with the username and password you provided. Please enter your updated username and password for the application, and click 'Update & Log in'.
I'm having trouble within an application
After you click on an application from the Clever Portal, what you see is controlled by the application's side. If you are running into an issue within the application (example: application is frozen, you can't access grades or textbooks, you run out of time during a test, the application logs you out), please ask your teacher to contact the application's support team for help.
