App is missing
If you are missing an application from your Clever Portal, please ask your teacher for help. Your district will need to add the application to your Clever Portal.
Clicked on app, received an error
If you click on an application in your Clever Portal and get an error on the application's page, please ask your teacher to contact your district administrator or the application's support team for help.
Clever Tip: If you are seeing an error at a web URL that is not a Clever address, it's likely that the application can help you fix the issue. Please have your teacher reach out to the application's support team to investigate further!
Here are examples of common errors you might see for specific applications:
Clicked on app, Clever asked for a username and password
If a Clever page asks you to enter your username and password for an application, enter the correct login information for that application, and click 'Save Login'. Clever will save this information and automatically log you in next time you click the icon from the Portal!
If you click on an application and see the page below, this means we were not able to log you in with the username and password you provided. Please enter your updated username and password for the application, and click Update & Log in.
Problems within apps
After you are logged into an app successfully through Clever, any issues within the appliaction would need to be addressed by the application's support team.
Clever is not able to resolve issues within applications. Some example issues the Clever cannot help with are:
- The app freezing
- Not being able to access grades or textbooks
- Your student runs out of time during a test
- The app suddenly logs your student out
- Missing lessons or assignments
- Accessing the microphone or camera
