If your student is missing an application from the Clever Portal, please ask your student's teacher for help. Your student's district will need to add the application to their Clever Portal.
My student receives an error when clicking on an application in the Clever Portal
If your student clicks on an application in the Clever Portal and receives an error on the application's page, please ask your student's teacher to contact the district administrator or the application's support team for help.
An application page asks my student to log in
A Clever page asks for my student's application username and password
If a Clever page asks your student to enter a username and password for an application, enter the correct login information for that application, and click 'Save Login'. Clever will save this information and automatically log your student in next time they click the icon from the Portal!
If your student clicks on an application and sees the page below, this means their username and password are incorrect. Please enter your student's correct username and password for the application, and click 'Update & Log in'.
My student is having trouble within an application
After your student clicks on an application from the Clever Portal, what they see is controlled by the application's side. If your student is running into an issue within the application (example: application is frozen, can't access grades or textbooks, student runs out of time during a test, the application logs your student out), please ask your student's teacher to contact the application's support team for help.
