Overview
Did you know that you can view, manage and respond to Clever Support tickets directly from our Help Center? Learn more below.
Logging in to the Help Center
To log in to our Help Center:
- Navigate to https://support.clever.com/2.
- Select 'Sign in'
- Select 'Log in as District Admin'
- Enter the email and password that you use to log in to your Clever Dashboard (https://schools.clever.com)
Viewing support tickets
To view your Clever Support tickets, click on your profile picture in the top right corner and select 'My activities'.
You will see two categories of tickets:
- My requests
- Requests I'm CC'd on.
These views will show all ticket history associated with your email address. To find the ticket you are looking for you can use the provided search bar or sort by 'Last Activity' or 'Status'.
Responding support tickets
You can respond to a support ticket at the bottom of each support thread. The following actions are available:
- Add CC
- Add Attachment
- Respond with a message
- Mark a ticket as solved
Creating support tickets
To create a new ticket, click the 'Contact us' link at the top right.
