With a large number of districts and states transitioning to remote instruction due to COVID-19, many of our partners have responded by offering free access to their applications while schools are closed. Last week we notified Clever partners that if you roster these new free schools through Clever, we will not bill you for those additional schools through July 1.
In order to adjust your invoice, please use the following instructions:
- On or before the last business day of each month (e.g. Tuesday, March 31), please fill out this Google Form here.
- Please ensure the required fields on the Google Form are correct and complete:
- Company name
- Application Name as it appears in the Clever Dashboard
- Free school count
- Contact information
Please do your best to adhere to the reporting requirements and timeline, as any deviations may result in delays or incorrect charges. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for any questions.
Partners can continue to invite new districts from their dashboards or reach out to Clever Support if existing districts need help sharing additional schools.
