Adding links for parents/guardians
Adding resources for parents/guardians is the #1 thing you can do to encourage high involvement with the Family Portal. Popular resources we see districts adding as links are:
- District calendar
- COVID-19 resources
- Student Gradebook
- Mental health resources
- Sports schedule
- Tech support information
Adding resources is the same easy process as adding links for the Clever Portal. From the dashboard, select Family Portal, and select Add links. Once you are in the Clever Portal, follow the directions found in this article to add a custom link.
To share a link with parents/guardians, simply select Guardian under DISPLAY LINK TO when adding the resource. You can also update any existing external links to share guardians.
Adding parent/guardian links is optional. Parents/guardians can still access the login tools if no external links are configured.
