Like most districts that share staff among buildings we get an error when our data syncs, claiming that there is a duplicate. While I understand that it is read in the Clever system as an error it is not on our end. If would be great if there was a way to add add this as an exception to allow the sync or mark it as something to ignore other than receiving errors every day on the sync. I am not sure if this is just an issue with ProgressBook or not.
