Setting Launch Dates
The launch date is the calendar date that your application-district connection goes live. On this date, students and teachers will begin to see and access your application from their district's Clever portal.
When districts request your app, they can request a specific launch date. When you invite a district to connect, you have that option as well:
Managing Launch Dates
You can manage, set and reschedule launch dates for districts by navigating to your app dashboard District Overview page, and searching for the district you need to update. Click on their hyperlinked name to open the district's overview page.
Then, click on the pencil icon to the right of the existing launch date.
From there you can select an updated date to Reschedule, or choose Launch Now if you want the district to go live immediately:
You are able to modify a launch date up to the date of the launch. If you want to change a launch date after the original date has passed, you can contact our support team for assistance.
