Overview
On the Profile page of your Clever District Dashboard, you can edit your user info, change your password, and enable two-factor authentication. To access Profile page:
- Log in to your district dashboard.
- Click on your name in the upper right-hand corner.
- Select 'Profile'.
- Select 'Edit'.
Personal details
From here, you can update your name, title, and the phone number associated with your Clever account. You can also update the email address and password for your Clever account.
Change Password
To change your Clever account password, select 'Change Password'. You will be prompted to enter your existing password, and then your new password twice. Select 'Update' to save your changes.
Two-Factor Authentication
Two-factor authentication adds an additional level of security to your account. If you enable two-factor authentication, you'll be asked to select a verification code that you will be required to enter every time you log in to Clever.
This extra confirmation of your identity prevents unauthorized individuals from gaining access to your Clever district admin account even if your password is compromised. To learn more about two-factor authentication, read this article.
