School Tech Leads have the ability to send announcements to the schools they administer through the Clever Dashboard. School Tech Leads assigned to multiple schools will send notifications to all schools they are associated with.

How do I create an announcement for my school's users in the Clever Portal?
To create an announcement, log in to Clever and select Create portal notifications.
- Select Create notification.
- Select the Start Date, End Date.
- Enter a title
- Enter the body content
- Select which users you would like to see the Portal Notification
- If you would like to provide users with a link, enter the URL and the text you would like displayed. Example:
Please note: URLs must be prefixed with https:// to be valid.
What will the announcement look like in the Clever Portal?
Users that are scoped to receive the message will see a notification in the toolbar of their Portal.
Please note: Announcements made by School Tech Leads cannot be "prioritized". The prioritization feature is limited to Clever Admins.
